REMINDER: We order all the original parts listed on your estimate approximately 2 weeks prior to your appointment. Please be advised that you, the insured or acting agent, will be held responsible for any RESTOCK FEES incurred should you cancel your appointment & the parts be returned.

Some “special-order” or “backordered” parts need to be ordered many weeks in advance to arrive for your appointment. Special order parts are non-returnable. Any special-order parts that cannot be returned will be the responsibly of the insured or acting agent.

The insured or acting agent is responsible for a 25% restocking fee on all parts returned should you cancel your appointment.
